Senior Installer/Crew Leader
We are interested in hiring a person who is motivated to learn and take on responsibilities related to the management of installations both residential and commercial using a variety of insulation processes and products.
5-10 years plus experience in insulation or related construction work required.
Must be able to demonstrate an ability to manage and lead others. Excellent customer service skills are a must as is an aptitude for problem solving and mechanical systems.

Installers
We are currently looking for insulation installers for both new and retrofit applications.
Applicants for Installer should have have a minimum of 5 years experience in construction, renovating, insulating or similar.
The ideal candidate will:
- be a problem solver who is mechanically inclined
- show initiative, be self motivated
- be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- be able to work well with a team of people
- have a positive attitude
- have an aptitude to learn new concepts quickly
Working directly with customers requires you to be careful, tidy and customer service oriented.
Previous experience with a variety of insulation applications is desirable.

Certified Polyurethane Sprayer
- Must be CUFCA certified or equivalent
- 1-5 years experience
- Full time with overtime occasionally required
- Valid driver’s license
- High level of ambition, attention to detail and mechanically inclined
- Ability to lead a crew & to work independently
