A common concern for homeowners with bedrooms above their garages is how difficult they are to heat. They are also often very difficult to keep cool in the summer time. A great solution to this problem is the addition of insulation in the ceiling of the garage.

To insulate your garage ceiling, we will drill a hole about the size of your thumb into the ceiling and through the fibre glass batts. These batts are not sufficient as there is still a large space above the batt where there is no insulation. Air moves through this space and effects the room above.

We are able to push the insulation nozzle through the batts and fill the space above with Dense Pack Cellulose insulation.

This is a cost effectve way to increase the comfort of both the room above the garage, as well as the garage itself.
