SOYA Foam Spray Foam Insulation
The greenest spray foam, made from recycled plastics and soya. This CCMC Approved insulation also acts as an air barrier and vapour barrier. It is the solution for insulating any open cavity. In other words, with SOYA Foam we can effectively insulate any area that requires insulating but is not enclosed. This includes basements, garages, cathedral ceilings, and more. It is also ideal for new construction applications.
Independent studies by CCMC approved laboratories have shown that SOYA Foam achieves R6 per inch.
How Is It Installed?
SOYA Foam is an expanding polyurethane foam and is applied by spraying it onto the surface that requires insulation. The insulation forms a continuous barrier on walls, around corners, and on any contoured or uneven surface. It adheres directly to the wall or ceiling forming a seamless permanent coverage. The installation of SOYA Foam on your exterior walls will drastically reduce the energy consumption for heating and cooling. It will also reduce air infiltration or drafts which of course will increase your comfort.
Safety & The Environment
SOYA Foam is installed by Certified Applicators and meets all of the Canadian Building Code requirements and certifications. It exceeds the quality standard for Polyurethane Insulation*. It is also mould and mildew resistant.
Once it completes its reaction or expansion it is inert and does not off-gas.
SOYA Foam is an ecological insulation solution with Zero Ozone Depletion Substance (ZERO ODS) made from renewable vegetable oils and recycled plastics.
