We specialize in cementitious fireproofing; mineral fiber fireproofing; as well as intumescent paint fireproofing. Applications where fireproofing would be necessary would include steel decking, structural beams, and siding systems.
A/D Cementitious Thermal Barrier (7TB) is a single component, factory blended fire resistive cementitious coating specifically formulated to protect foamed plastic insulation from fire in accordance with the requirements in Canadian Building Codes.
A.D Type 5GP™ is intended for the fire protection of interior structural columns, beams, joists, decks, walls, roofs, girders, floors and pre-cast concrete units. It is tested and certified for fire resistance ratings up to 4 hours.
Southwest Type 7GP™ is intended for the fire protection of structural columns, beams, joists, decks, walls, roofs, girders, floors and pre-cast concrete units. It is tested and certified for fire resistance ratings up to 4 hours. It was specifically formulated for high humidity areas such as mechanical rooms, elevator shafts and parking garages and is resistant to damage and moisture.
Intumescent fireproof coatings are applied as "paint". A/D FIREFILM® III is a decorative, fiber free, thin film intumescent coating designed for the fire protection of steelwork, for a rating up to 3 hours, depending on the design. The recommended use for this product is fireproofing of interior exposed steel beams, columns, tubes, and pipes.
