Sopraseal WFM
Excellent for waterproofing, Sopraseal WFM is primarily used as a vapour and air barrier to waterproof buildings. It is used as a through-wall membrane and transition membrane. The membrane is made of SBS modified bitumen and a tri-laminated woven polyethylene facer. Self-adhesive in nature, the Sopraseal is an easy-to-use silicone release film that offers great tensile strength. The membrane also offers resistance against puncture, abrasion and creep.
Through Wall Flashing (TWF)
Primarily used on vertical above-grade wall construction, Through Wall Flashing (TWF) provides a continuous air and moisture barrier. It is applied over properly prepared concrete, concrete masonry, glass mat gypsum and wood-based sheathing. It is a permanent membrane that will protect your building from ultraviolet rays, mould and decay. TWF is a self-adhering membrane that does not require any blow-off before installation. It comes with a slit-release paper liner for ease of installation.
